IMAS a unit of IMAS has facilitated bank educational loans for students across all categories, supporting higher education in diverse fields. In alignment with Reserve Bank of India directives, IMAS has established special arrangements with select banks to expedite loan processing for its students. This prioritized approach alleviates challenges often faced by students in securing educational loans. This collaborative effort between IMAS and partner banks serves as a significant aid for students in need, ensuring accessible financial support for their educational aspirations.

Over the years, our students have successfully availed financial aid from esteemed institutions such as State Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of India, Union Bank of India, UCO Bank, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, West Bengal Student Credit Card Scheme, Neev Finance, and more. Documents required to avail Education Loan

  • 10th Mark Sheet
  • 10th Passing Certificate
  • 12th Mark Sheet
  • 12th Passing Certificate
  • Graduation Mark sheet

  • Migration Certificate / Transfer Certificate
  • Gap Year affidavit if applicable
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Passport size photo
  • Aadhar Card (Mandatory)

  • Entrance Examination /Selection Test Score Sheet (If applicable)
  • PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR EDUCATION LOAN AFTER REGISTRATION AT IMAS

    Step 1: Obtain documents from IMAS

    Login into your Students account at IMAS’s official website with the help of your admission number and password.
    • Apply for loan documents
    • fill the application form and submit.

    After submission of the application, you have to wait for 24 hours. IMAS provides all the documents that are required by the bank, like Admission/selection letter, fee structure, Bank account details for transaction & placement record.

    Step 2: Registration for Education Loan

    By filling a single education loan application, the students can apply to 3 banks of his/her own choice at once.

    Step 3: Submission of the documents at bank

    • Take necessary photocopies of documents according to the checklist, along with the education loan documents.
    • Visit registered Bank Branch and submit education loan file to them.
    • Fill Loan application form at the Bank Branch and complete all formalities assigned by bank’s officials.
    • Collect contact number and email id from the bank branch for future reference.
    • Contact IMAS after the whole procedure is done and wait for any further instruction.

    Step 4: Follow up with IMAS and the registered Bank Branch

    • Follow up with IMAS’s education loan department relating to processing and sanctioning of the education loan.
    • IMAS provides student’s progress report and demand letter to the respective financial institution in every semester on demand.
