Before placements commence, students engage in Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) that introduce job profiles of participating companies. Summer Placements - A Crucial Learning Odyssey:

Embedded within the PGDM curriculum, students embark on a 12-15 week Summer Placement project—an indispensable phase in their academic journey. This experience is a pivotal step, exposing students to the intricacies, strategies, and survival skills essential for their future careers. Those who excel in their summer projects may receive pre-placement offers from companies, ensuring a confirmed placement upon the successful completion of their PGDM program. The Summer Placement program is designed to provide practical insights, fostering a bridge between classroom learning and real-world application for aspiring professionals.

Final Placements - A Merit-Oriented Approach:

IMAS ensures a transparent and objective Final Placement process. Students' performance in previous rounds, as per the Placement Evaluation Test (PET) ranks, determines their eligibility. Shortlisting is done based on company requirements, leading to interviews that may include Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions, and Personal Interviews. Following the interview process, companies may extend spot offers to students or provide a Final Selection List to the institute. This merit-oriented approach ensures that final placements align with individual strengths and organizational needs, facilitating successful career transitions for BIBS graduates.
