Program Structure & Fees

Tuition fees for the first year at the IMAS Campus is INR 4,55,000. For the rest of the 12 months, you will be going to the UK and studying on-campus at the UK Partner University. Tuition fees for Master of Business Administration at the UK Partner University varies between GBP 16,000 to GBP 18,500. You will also have to incur approximately GBP 12,000 per annum (Charges are subject to change depending upon intakes and admission year) as living costs in the UK.

Certainly, you are welcome to enroll in this program even if you do not have an IELTS score. IMAS will assist you in preparing for the English Entrance test, which is required to assess your current English proficiency and determine your eligibility for the MBA programme in the UK.

The UK based Universities will issue conditional offer letters to you, relying on the documents provided by IMAS. These documents include your 10th,12th & Graduation marksheets, resume, passport, photographs, statement of purpose, and letter of recommendation. The conditional offer letter will be finalized into a confirmed offer once students fulfil the conditions outlined in the conditional offer letter. These conditions typically encompass English proficiency requirements, successful completion of the course at the IMAS, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by the universities.

To enroll at the UK Universities, you must fulfil the university's English Proficiency Requirements. Initially, we will assist in securing a conditional offer letter on your behalf from universities that do not mandate an IELTS score. IMAS will then equip you with tailored study materials to help you meet these English proficiency requirements.

Certainly, you can submit an application and reserve your spot for the program if you are taking your final exams in the 2024 academic year for Graduation but haven't received your mark sheet yet. A reservation fee of INR 25,000 will secure your seat, and the remaining fees will be due upon receiving your mark sheet. To be eligible for the course, a minimum score of 70% or higher is required. If you do not achieve the minimum score, you may request a refund of your reservation payment according to the refund policy.

  •   Following the verification of eligibility, a provisional offer letter will be issued.
  •   The student is required to make the necessary payments on www.imas.ac.in

According to the current criteria, students must achieve a minimum score of IELTS 6.0 (with no individual component below 5.5) or an equivalent qualification as specified on the Partner University website.

Upon enrolling in the International MBA Programme with IMAS and furnishing all necessary documents, IMAS will proceed to submit applications to university partners on your behalf. The university partners will issue a conditional offer letter within one month of receiving the application.

While it's a rare occurrence, if you are unable to secure a conditional offer letter despite submitting all required documents, your fees will be reimbursed or You can also choose to proceed with a PGDM program with us, no additional fee will be charged.

The partner universities offer one intake for students. The intake of the year will be the September (Fall) intake.

Yes, IMAS will provide support with your Academic and Visa SOPs and will also conduct training sessions on effective SOP writing.

Living expenses in the UK for international students amount to £12,500 (INR 12,50,000), which must be deposited in a UK bank.

If you are unable to secure a UK Visa, you can successfully complete the course through the IMAS at the Kolkata Campus.

Subject to the conditions specified in your study permit, you may be permitted to work in the UK while studying, up to a maximum of twenty (20) hours per week during your study period.

Initially, a block amount of INR 25,000 needs to be deposited for seat reservation. Fifteen days before the course commencement and upon availability of the final graduation marksheet, the remaining amount must be paid in full. If preferred, you can choose a no-cost EMI option with our partner institutions for installment payments.

The total fees comprise two components:
  • University fees
  • Articulation fees
Articulation fees are to be paid collectively at once. You can utilize a 0% EMI option with a monthly installment and a down payment of ₹25,000 to secure your seat. If opting for a 0% credit card EMI, IMAS will not impose any processing fees or down payment for these transactions. However, your bank may apply GST or other taxes on the interest component of the EMI. University fees can be paid over 2 semesters.
